My name is Glenn Dallaire and I live in Bristol, Connecticut. My wife Brenda and I have been blessed with seven wonderful children, thanks be to God. I especially enjoy nature and I have a great appreciation for the beauties of God's creation. I have been a Computer Help Desk Analyst-Technician since 1993.

Although I was born a Catholic, I was not very devout in practice of the Faith during my childhood and teen years. However, thanks to the grace of God and the example of my wife and others, I began a conversion in 1996 at age 28 which led to a deeper faith and commitment to God and to the Catholic church. From the beginning of my renewal of faith I was deeply inspired by the Saints and especially the Mystics of the Catholic church, and the spirituality of the Mystics had edified and influenced me greatly, and because of which I am always reading the life of one Saint or another.

Inspired by the heroic virtues and examples of the Saints and Mystics, I have put together this website with the hope of inspiring in others a greater appreciation for the Saints, along with a deeper love for God and His Church. By far my favorite Saint-Mystic is the extraordinary 20th century Stigmatic and Ecstatic St Gemma Galgani, the subject of my first website. Please also consider visiting my other websites devoted to the extraordinary Mystics of the Church, and also St Paul of the Cross and Miracles of the Church.

I enjoy suggestions and comments from others so please feel free to email me at: gdallaire1@gmail.com

May God bless you and draw you ever closer to Himself.
Union in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary,
Glenn Dallaire

Great Site.
I think you should post one about the Miracle of Calanda, I found it amazing.

Glenn Dallaire said...

Hi Anonymous,
The Miracle of Calanda is a great suggestion--I just researched it a bit on the web because I had never heard of it before until now. You are right that it will certainly make for a very inspiring article.
I'll have to research it a bit more from the books in my library...

Thanks again and may God bless you and yours,

Unfortunately I don't have any information on St Rebecca or on Mormons who turned Catholic. You should definitely try emailing some other websites on the Saints as I am sure some others will have some info.

Love the site. Thanks for this work.

I have a question I pray you can help with.

An Orthodox co-worker asked me to name some pre-schism (before 1054) western saints who have miracles that are more typically western in nature, such as stigmata or apparitions of Jesus and Mary. I figured you might be a good person to ask.

Hello Glen, I don't know where to begin, My first levitation begin in 1983 I seen myself being lifted up in the air I have seen myself flying/floating in the air
They say that, It only happens to Saints and Nuns but it happen to me too.
I never told anyone because at that time I was only 6 years old and I wouldn't think that they will believe me As I got older I decided to tell my parents about my Levitation experience
I didn't think that they will believe me but they did because they too have seen and felt strange things.
I also want to say here that
Ever since I been praying the rosary everyday with Love and Devotion Jesus and Mary have been appearing in my dreams. This is not the fist time that Jesus and Mary have been appearing in my dreams ,I have seen them in different occasions.I feel very blessed:)

Hi Jean-Francois,
It is nice to meet you. Thank you for your kind comments.

I am really glad to see that you are inspired by the website and that you are enjoying and spiritually benefiting from it!

As for myself the websites are really a "work of love" so to speak, and I have really been enjoying creating them over the past few years, and I have learned quite a lot about our Catholic faith in the process, thanks be to God.

And I still have many, many more articles that I hope to add to the website, God willing, and I would really appreciate it if you would please let me know if you ever have any suggestions for articles in the future. Thanks again for your kind comments Jean-Francois!
Best wishes and may Jesus bless you and your loved ones.

Thanks Glenn for such a great website. I am on a Sufi path and I am pretty much interested in saints. I love Mary Magdalene and Padre Pio and I want to know if there are living Catholic saints nowadays, mainly in the US. Thanks.

I love this site! I just finished reading about miracles done by Hindu saints and while doing some search on the internet I came across your site. I find it very inspiring! God bless you for doing such a great work.

I just wanted to ask, I understand you are Catholic but would you also consider publishing miracles done by non Catholic but spiritual saints?

All the best!

Hi Glenn,

I have had many miracles happen in my life and I HAVE had no one to talk to about these. With animals such as cats and an owl. Knowing things I had no prior knowledge of. State secrets, suddenly saying verses from the bible from the book of revelation then opening the bible to the exact verse, over and over and never having known these verses prior. One was hearing the lamentations of many cries from the blood of the innocents crying out for justice.

I also had a miracle at the catholic church in The Dalles Oregon, of knowing what the message was before they spoke it and the priest softening my heart towards enemies,It was an instant very strong reaction and total transformation. Also at the mission in Washington on the Tulalip indian reservation with the Priest father Ewhe.

Dear Brother Glenn
There are degrees in the order of saints, as there are nine choirs of angels. Also as is Gods grace given each according to their own. St. Gemma is a Seraphic saint and on that level there is none higher than our Holy Mother.
Glenn, in this sin ridden and devil ruled world we are given to take on the full body of the armor of God. But it is more than about ourselves and that is one reason we have prayer. I say this in light of the fact that you have several web sites with the idea of coordinating a day in advance, for all devotees of the great saints (I love all but feel close to Gemma next to the Holy Mother) and have a preplanned day for the lovers of God to pray for this world, the sinners in it and even those in the fiery lake. The power of corporate prayer. Just sharing what certainly would be good thing.
George

Hi George,

Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring reflection on degrees in the order of the Saints in heaven! I sincerely appreciate it. I am very happy also to read of your devotion and love for St Gemma.

May St Gemma always be very close to you and your loved ones, and may she continue to lead you ever closer to Jesus!

I am a Catholic Saint in Persona christi. I was annointed at the age of four and was named a seer at CCD and later a prophet at my confirmation. I have also looked into the lives of the Victim Soul Saints and I endure the same sufferings and attacks of the devil. I have the gift of reading into the heart and souls as well and have numerous testimonies about miraculous cures, bi location, heavenly voices, prophecy and of course casting out demons. I pray the Holy Rosary and the Divine Mercy chaplet as my devotion's and read the Holy Bible everyday I also put it into practice with only the Holy spirit guiding me. God's revealed to me that the Old Catholic Church is back and will be stronger than before! I am glad to be part of the new church and pray for this upcoming generation to be able to stand firm against the tactics of the devil and live pure Holy lives.

Please anyone who needs prayer or Divine intervention contact me at Saint Michael Catholic Church in Hudson Fl or by email

May the Lord be with your spirit. Amen
